Juliette is at first a shy and naïve girl. She does not know much about the real world, since her family is very protective towars her and she has maids. She has been brought up to hate the Montague family and never to talk to them. Her unknowing of the exterior world makes her vulnerable to lies and rumors. However, when she meets Romeo, she experiences love for the first time. Her temper then changes, she becomes brave and loyal to Romeo. She does not trust her parents anymore, believing whatever Romeo says. She shows very little respect to her family, and does not care about the pride. This lack of respect still shows she is completely controlled by Romeo, and in a way, still naïve... But she is an interesting character, who will always trust and be with her love, Romeo.
